New Online Ordering Experience is Here!

We are happy to release our new online ordering experience. New customers may order any JVoIP plan online! Best of all, all new customers will enjoy a 7-day free trial and no credit card information will be collected during your initial order.

New customers will be see the following pages:

1. Your personal information

2. Your address will be collected

If your billing is different that your physical location, please make sure to provide your billing address. (Please note that we use your physical address as your E911 location for emergency calling).

3. Number Search Page

First select your State. Then, select your preferred area code and quantity of numbers you which to purchase for your plan. We will perform a live search with our number carrier and provide you some options to choose from. Please note that not all area codes may be available (especially popular ones). Also, some area codes may not list any numbers. The inventory is very dynamic. If you have a particular need, please reach out to us directly.

Note: If you prefer to port your existing number instead, you will have the option to port-in (subject to a $25 port fee per order). Please supply at least one number and the name of your phone carrier. Once your order is complete, we will reach out to you with the specifics on porting your existing number(s).

Once you select your number, you will have the option to supply your Caller ID (Upstart plans or greater). The field will only accept up to 15 alpha-numeric characters including spaces. You may also add new features here such as Voicemail Transcription (more coming in the future).

We will require that you agree to our Acceptable Use Policy, TOS and Privacy Policy in order to proceed with number ordering.

4. Subscription Confirmation Page

Next we will complete the subscription order. Please note we use Stripe as our secure online payment processor and subscription management. No payment or credit card will be collected at the time of your order. Three days before your trial period is over, you will be sent an invoice to collect payment before your trial period expires.

5. Account Page

Lastly, we would like a secure password in order to create a new login for you. In the future, we will be using this account in order to provide you with a client portal.

Look out for an email verification (check Junk/SPAM folder). We will need you to verify your email address.

That’s it! Once the order is received, you will receive an email confirmation. A member of our provisioning team will be reaching out to you with details on how to setup your account and answer any technical questions.
